Move the FLT CONTROL HYD POWER - WING VALVE switches No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 on P461 Pilot's Overhead Maintenance Panel to SHUTOFF.

For the applicable system, open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

1) 180H7 LATERAL CONT VALV SYS 1
2) 180E6 LATERAL CONT VALV SYS 2
3) 180H22 LATERAL CONT VALV SYS 3
4) 180E21 LATERAL CONT VALV SYS 4

Open the access panel below the power control package.

Attach the safety device to the receptacle on the wing upper surface, forward of the power control package.

NOTE: The summing lever is part of the assembly of the power control
____ package. The removal and replacement of the power control package must include the summing lever.
