 NOTE: If the air data switches are not in the positions
____ given above, then the SRM continue receiving valid air data causing this procedure to fail.
 2)  Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags: a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
 -7A10  ADC L PWR or
 -7A11 ADC L PWR
 -7A14 ADC R PWR
 3) Supply pneumatic power (Ref 36-00-00/201). 4) Move the flap control lever to the 1-unit detent to extend the leading edge group "A" flaps. 5) Make sure the lockout actuator moves to the extended position (not locked out) in 45 seconds. 6) Move the flap control lever to the FLAP UP detent to retract the leading edge group "A" flaps. 7) Make sure the lockout actuator moves to the retracted
 position (locked out) in 45 seconds. 8) Turn the control wheels 80 degrees in each direction. 9) Make sure the movement of the outboard aileron trailing
 edge is not more than | 0.50 degree (| 0.40 inch) from the
 neutral position. 10) Remove pneumatic power (Ref 36-00-00/201) 11) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit
 breakers:
 a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel

 -7A10  ADC L PWR or
 -7A11 ADC L PWR
 -7A14 ADC R PWR

 (6)  
Do a test of the operation time of the aileron:

 (a)  
Extend the flaps to full down position.

 (b)  
Turn the control wheel quickly (less than one second) from neutral to the full clockwise position. 1) Make sure that each aileron operates in less than one

 second.

 (c)  
Turn the control wheel (quickly) from full clockwise back to the neutral position. 1) Make sure that each aileron operates in less than one


 second.

 (d)  Do an equivalent test as in (b) and (c) with the control wheel turned in the counterclockwise direction.

 (7)  
Do a check on the aileron neutral position and movement:

 (a)  
Make sure the aileron trim system is in the neutral position.

 (b)  
To operate the outboard ailerons, make sure the outboard flaps are in the extended position.

 (c)  
Do a check with the control wheel in the neutral position:

 1)  Make sure the inboard and outboard ailerons are in the adjusted neutral position (Fig. 505).

 (d)  
Turn the control wheel 58 degrees clockwise from the neutral position.

 (e)  
Measure the travel of the inboard and outboard aileron from the neutral position of the trailing edge (Fig. 505).

 (f)  
Turn the control wheel 58 degrees counterclockwise from the neutral position.

 (g)  
Measure the travel of the inboard and outboard aileron from the neutral position of the trailing edge (Fig. 505).

 H.  
Do a Test on the Aileron Operation with One Hydraulic Power Source.


 S 865-103
 (1)  
Supply system No. 4 hydraulic power. Remove systems No. 1, 2 and 3 hydraulic power (Ref 29-11-00/201).

 (a)  
Move the flap control lever to the 5-unit detent to extend the outboard trailing edge flaps.

 (b)  
Slowly turn the control wheel clockwise to the stop and then counterclockwise to the stop. 1) Make sure the right inboard aileron and the right outboard


 aileron operate through full travel.

 (2)  
Supply system No. 2 hydraulic power. Remove system No. 4 hydraulic power (Ref 29-11-00/201).

 (a)  
Slowly turn the control wheel clockwise to the stop and then counterclockwise to the stop. 1) Make sure the left outboard aileron and the right inboard


 aileron operate through full travel.

Supply system No. 3 hydraulic power. Remove system No. 2 hydraulic power (Ref 29-11-00/201).
