 (b)  
The load limiter rods between the left and right CLCPs and between the left and right aileron programmers.

 (c)  
The control rod at the lower end of each CLCP.

 (d)  
The load limiter rod between the right input quadrant and the right aileron programmer.

 (3)  Install rig pin A/S-2 in the trim and feel mechanism.
 NOTE: The rig pin must be inserted from the forward side of the
____ mechanism during rigging. Use a 5/16 diameter rig pin not longer than 5.95 inch. There is a limited clearance between the aileron trim feel mechanism and the forward bulkhead in the wheel well.

 (4)  Do this task: "Supply Hydraulic Power" (Ref 29-11-00/201).

 CAUTION: MAKE SURE TO INSTALL RIG PIN A/S-2 BEFORE YOU INSTALL RIG PINS
_______ A/S-6, A/S-7, A/S-4, A/S-5 or A/S-3. FAILURE TO INSTALL RIG PIN A/S-2 FIRST CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CENTRAL LATERAL CONTROL PACKAGE.

Adjust the rods that follow (Fig 503):

 (a)  
The control rod between the trim and feel mechanism and the right CLCP (right autopilot) which is located in the left wheel well: 1) If you use the phase synchronous voltmeter for the


 adjustment, do the steps that follow:
 a) Supply power to the voltmeter (the power necessary for

 the voltmeter is on the voltmeter placard). b) Put the switch S1 on the voltmeter to ON. c) Let the voltmeter become warm for 10 minutes. d) Put the switch S2 on the voltmeter to CAL CHK. e) Make sure the IN PHASE VOLTS meter shows between 9.990
 and 10.010. f) Put the switch S2 to RUN. g) Disconnect the electrical connector from the right CLCP
 located in the left wheel well. h) Connect the connector J1 on the voltmeter to the right CLCP with an adapter cable.
 NOTE: 26V, 400 Hz is applied across pins 17 and 18 of
____ the electrical connector and the output voltage is measured across pins 19 and 20 of the electrical connector.
 i) Loosen the checknuts on the control rod.

 j)  Adjust the control rod until the IN PHASE VOLTS is 0.0
 +/- 50 MV. k) Make sure you can easily install rig pin A/S-2. l) Tighten the checknuts on the control rod. m) Make sure the IN PHASE VOLTS reads 0.0 +/- 50 MV. n) Disconnect the voltmeter and the adapter from the right
 CLCP. o) Connect the electrical connector to the right CLCP.
 2)  If you use the ground test for the transducer outputs for the adjustment, do the steps that follow: a) Do this task: "Ground Test - Transducer Outputs" (Ref
 22-10-00/528).
 NOTE: Only do a check on the aileron surface position.
____
 b)  Monitor the right "AILERON SURFACE POSITION" display
 value. c) Loosen the checknuts on the control rod. d) Adjust the control rod until the right display value is
 0.1 degrees or less. e) Make sure you can easily install rig pin A/S-2. f) Tighten the checknuts on the control rod. g) Make sure the right display value is 0.1 degrees or
 less.
 (b)  
The control rod from the right CLCP to the left spoiler differential mechanism 1) With rig pin A/S-2 installed, adjust the control rod until

 you can easily install rig pin A/S-4.
 2) Tighten the checknut on the control rod.


 (c)  
The load limiter rod between the left and right CLCPs


 NOTE:____The right CLCP is located in the left wheel well. The left CLCP is located in the right wheel well.
 1)  If you use the phase synchronous voltmeter, do the steps that follow: a) Connect the voltmeter to the left CLCP located in the
 right wheel well. b) With rig pin A/S-2 installed, adjust the control rod
