Install the Outboard Aileron Power Control Package

(1)
Install the power control package (Fig. 201):
(a)
Apply assembly lubricant or hydraulic fluid to the O-rings and the threads of fittings before installation.
(b)
Install the hydraulic fittings in the power control package if they are not installed.
(c)
Fill the power control package with hydraulic fluid before you install it.
(d)
Use a hoist and sling assembly to move the power control package (1) into its mounting position.
(e)
Connect the forward end of the power control package (1) to the wing with nuts (15), bolts (17), and washers (16). 1) Install the bolts with sealant.
(f)
Remove the hoist equipment.
(g)
Install the antirotation plate (22) (Section A-A).
(h)
Connect the actuator piston (18) to the aileron with the nut (19), hinge bolt (23), washers (20) and retaining ring (21).
