NOTE:____ The rig pin must be inserted from the forward side of
the mechanism during rigging. Use a 5/16 diameter rig pin
not longer than 5.95 inch. There is a limited clearance
between the aileron trim feel mechanism and the forward
bulkhead in the wheel well.

1. General_______
A. There are two tasks in this procedure. There is one task for the removal and one task for the installation of the inboard aileron. The procedure has these parts:
(1)
The installation of hoist adapter, load positioner and hoist equipment
(2)
The removal of the inboard aileron
(3)
The installation of the inboard aileron
(4)
The removal of the hoist adapter, load positioner and hoist equipment.
(5)
The operational check of the inboard aileron.
B.
The installation and removal procedures are the same for the two inboard ailerons.
