 A. Preparation for Installation
 (1) Remove any old sealant from the floor panels with a nonmetallic scraper.
 WARNING : USE SOLVENTS/CLEANING AGENTS, SEALANTS AND OTHER SPECIAL
_______ MATERIALS ONLY WITH A GOOD SUPPLY OF AIR. OBEY THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. PUT ON PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.

 (2) Clean the component interface and the adjacent area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003) and lint free cloth.
 (3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
 (4) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
 (5) Examine the rubber strips (2) for good condition.

 B. Installation of the Floor Panels
 NOTE : This procedure is applicable for all floor panels.____
 (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
 (2) Put the floor panels (4) in position.
 NOTE : Refer to the identification made during the removal.____ 
R  (3) Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) to the screws (3).
 (4) Install the screws (3) and TORQUE to 0.42 m.daN (37.16 lbf.in). 
R  (5) Install the cord (1) MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-027) in the gap between the floor panels.
 NOTE : Make a loop at the end of the cord, this will help the next____ removal procedure. 
R R  (6) Apply the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) in the gap between the floor panels.
 5. Close-up________

 A. Close Access
 (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
 (2) Install the textile floor covering (Ref. TASK 25-28-41-400-001).

 Install the nontextile floor covering, if removed (Ref. TASK 25-28-42-400-001).

 (4)
 Install the partitions (Ref. TASK 25-26-42-400-001).

 (5)
 Install the doghouse, if removed (Ref. TASK 25-27-46-400-001).

 (6)
 Install the passenger seats (Ref. TASK 25-21-41-400-001).

 (7)
 Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.

 Remove the AFT galley (Ref. TASK 25-33-41-000-001) and/or (Ref. TASK 25-33-41-000-002).

 (2)
 Remove the lavatory (Ref. TASK 25-43-41-000-001) and/or (Ref. TASK 25-43-42-000-001) and/or (Ref. TASK 25-43-43-000-001).

 (3)
 Remove the passenger seats (Ref. TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
 NOTE : Remove only the seats in the area as necessary.
