Put the warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate the flight controls.

Put the access platform below Z312 and Z314.
(4)
Put the adjustable access platform below the THS.
(5)
Open the access doors 312AR, 314AR.
(6)
Open the trailing edge panels 334AB, 344AB, 334AT, 344AT (Ref. TASK 55-13-11-000-001).
(7)
Remove the THS aprons (Ref. TASK 55-15-11-000-001).
(8)
Remove the fairings of the THS (Ref. TASK 53-55-13-000-001).
(9)
Remove the diagonal support struts (Ref. TASK 53-53-11-000-002).

A. Removal:
(1) Remove the bolt (16) as follows:
(a) If the bolt (16) is safetied with a STA-LOK nut (Ref. TASK 20-22-00-000-001):
1 Use the TOOL - EXTRACTION, TAB WASHERS STA-LOK NSA5454 (SL90-
_ 314-4375) and remove the tab washer (35) with the spring ring (36).
2 Use the WRENCHES - NOTCHED, TIGHTENING OF NUTS NSA5454 (SL90-
