- Open the recorder front access
door.
- Push the EJECT pushbutton. - The message EJECTING comes into view.
- Wait until the optical disk is - The message INSERT DISK comes into

2. On the MCDU:

Push the MCDU MENU mode key.

Push the line key adjacent to the <AIDS indication.

3. On the DAR:

Push the MODE pushbutton.
-
Push the + pushbutton.
-
Push the SET pushbutton.
-Close the recorder front access door.
4. On the MCDU:
-Push the line key adjacent to the STOP* indication.
-The message DISK DETECTED comes intoview.
-After the optical disk is in initial status the message OQAR READY comes into view.
On the MCDU display:
-
The MCDU MENU page comes into view.
-
The AIDS page comes into view.
-
The message DAR = RUNNING STOP*shows.
On the DAR display:
-
The message 0 ADVISORIES comes into view.
-
The message 1 ACQUISITION comes into view.
-
The message RAW:XXXXX/XXXXX (number of the acquired/recorded subframes) comes into view and the number increases one time per second.
On the MCDU display:
-
The message DAR = STOPPED START*shows.
NOTE : The recorder is now in a serviceable condition.
