A. Removal of the Solenoid Valve 3012GL
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector (3).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Remove the nut (7), the washer (6), the bolt (4) and the bonding jumper (5) from the solenoid valve (1).
(4)
If necessary, cut, remove and discard the lockwire from the bolts (9).
(5)
Remove the two bolts (9) and the two washers (8).
(6)
Remove the solenoid valve (1) from the manifold (2).
(7)
Remove the bobbins (12) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).
(8)
Install blanking plugs in the open ports of the manifold (2) and the solenoid valve (1).
(9)
Remove and discard the square-section seals (13), the O-rings (10) and the back-up rings (14), (15).
