A. Installation of the Pressure Switch
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the manifold.
(4)
Lubricate the new O-ring (3) with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).
(5)
Put the new O-ring (3) in position on the system pressure switch (2).
(6)
Install the system pressure switch (2) in the manifold (4) and TORQUE to between 3.186 and 3.470 m.daN (23.49 and 25.58 lbf.ft).
(7)
Safety the system pressure switch (2) with lockwire,
corrosion-resistant steel 0.8 mm (0.032 in.).
(8)
Install the clamp (9), the bonding jumper (7), the screw (8), the washer (6) and the nut (5) at the system pressure switch (2) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(9)
Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
(10)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(11)
Connect the electrical connector (1) to the system pressure switch (2).

C. Leak Test of the Hydraulic Connections
(1)
Pressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2)
Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-002).
(3)
Examine the connection of the system pressure switch and make sure that there are no leaks.
(4)
Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-002).

1. General_______
The temperature indicating system monitors the temperature of the hydraulic fluid in the three hydraulic systems. If the fluid temperature is too high, the indicating system data is used to generate warnings in the flight compartment.
