R A. Installation of the Hydraulic Pressure Transducer
(1) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3) Lubricate the new O-ring (5) with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the manifold (6).
R R (5) Put the new O-ring (5) in position on the hydraulic pressure transducer (2).
R R (6) Hold the hydraulic pressure transducer (2) in position on the manifold (6) and install the two bolts (3) and the washers (4).
(7) TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 0.40 and 0.50 m.daN (35.39 and 44.24 lbf.in).
R R (8) Install the clamp (11), the bonding jumper (9), the screw (10), the washer (8) and the nut (7) at the hydraulic pressure transducer (2) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(9) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
(10) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

Connect the electrical connector (1).

Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
R (3) Examine the connection of the hydraulic pressure transducer and make R sure that there are no leaks.

Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-003). Subtask 29-32-11-710-051

Do the operational test of the hydraulic pressure-indicating system (Ref. TASK 29-32-00-710-002).
