AILERON WING QUADRANT - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

(1) A removal of the aileron wing quadrant
(2) An installation of the aileron wing quadrant.

WARNING: MAKE SURE THE DOWNLOCK PINS ARE INSTALLED ON ALL THE LANDING GEARS.
WITHOUT THE DOWNLOCK PINS, THE LANDING GEARS COULD RETRACT AND
CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Do this task: Remove Pressure from the Aileron Hydraulic Systems A and B,

(2) Install the rig pin A/S-4, from the rig pin kit, SPL-1585, in the aileron bus drum.

F. Aileron Wing Quadrant Removal
SUBTASK 27-11-24-020-001
(1) Remove the aileron wing quadrant assembly [9]:
(a) Disconnect the cable ABSA [2] and cable ABSB [4] at the turnbuckles [1].
(b) Safety the disconnect cable ABSA [2] and cable ABSB [4].
(c) Remove the nuts [39], washers [38] and bolts [37] to remove the cable guard [36].
