Do these steps if it is necessary to install the housing and the plunger in the door.
(a)
Lubricate the packing that goes around the plunger with grease.
(b)
Install the plunger in the housing.
(c)
Install the housing and the plunger in the door as shown in detail C.

Do these steps if it is necessary to install the trigger or the lockpin in the handle.
(a)
Install the trigger (Detail B). 1) Put the trigger in the handle. 2) Install the pin through the trigger and the handle. 3) Safety the pin with a cotter pin.
(b)
Install the lock pin (Detail C). 1) Put the lock pin in position in the handle. 2) Put the pin through the handle and the lock pin. 3) Safety the pin with a cotter pin.
