 2)  Put a torque wrench in the manual drive port of the hook acutator.
 3)  Make a mark on the door to show the position of the torque wrench handle.
 NOTE:____ This position is where the actuator stop after it
 operates electrically.
 4)  Turn the torque wrench 5 turns in the close direction.
 5)  Turn the torque wrench 5 turns in the open direction.
 6)  Make a note of the torque that is necessary to move the
 actuator.
 7)  Turn the torque wrench slowly in the open direction
 (counterclockwise).
 8)  Make sure there is more than one free turn before the
 actuator hits the stops.
 NOTE:____ The actuator hits the stops when the torque
 increases 15-20 pound-inches during one-half turn of
 the wrench.
 9)  Verify that the external stops have been contacted.  If the
 external stops are not contacted, the internal stops have
 been contacted and you must adjust the door hook mechanism
 Ref (AMM 52-34-00/501).

 (bx) Operate the door in the close direction with the door control switch, until the door stops in the fully latched position.
 (by) Put a torque wrench in the manual drive port of the hook actuator and do these steps: 1) Turn the actuator in the close direction (clockwise). 2) Make sure there is more than two turns before you touch the
 internal stops. 3) Make sure the maximum torque necessary to turn the manual mechanism is not more than 35 inch-pounds.
 (bz) Put a torque wrench in the manual drive of the latch acutator and do these steps: 1) Turn the actuator in the close direction (clockwise).

 2) Make sure there are three or more turns of the manual mechanism before the internal stops touch each other. 3) Make sure the maximum torque necessary to turn the manual mechanism is not more than 35 inch-pounds. (ca) Install the covers on the latch, hook and lift actuator manual drive ports.
 (4)  S 395-027Examine the door seals for damage. (a) Repair the seals if it is necessary (Ref 52-09-00/801).
 (5)  S 645-028When doors are open for the last time, lubricate the door latches (Ref 12-21-04/301).
 (6)  S 865-029Remove the electrical power if it is not necessary (Ref 24-22-00/201).
