HYDRAULIC BRAKE PRESSURE GAGE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General

A. This procedure contains two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the hydraulic brake pressure gage
(2)
The installation of the hydraulic brake pressure gage.
B.
In subsequent steps, the hydraulic brake pressure gage is referred to as the pressure gage.
C.
The pressure gage is installed on the Captain's Main Instrument Panel, P1.
D.
The pressure gage is identified by the name HYD BRAKE PRESS, which is shown on the face of the gage.

(1)
Do these steps to remove the pressure gage:
(a)
Open this circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
1) P6 Main power Distribution Panel a) 6D23 BRAKE PRESS IND
(b)
Turn the panel screw on the higher left side of the pressure gage to loosen the clamp.
(c)
Pull the pressure gage out of the panel.
(d)
Disconnect the electrical connector, DN120, from the pressure gage.
