Do a test of the door unlock switch alternate extend circuitry.
(a)
Manually place the left (right) uplock assembly in the locked up position.
(b)
Manually place the left (right) wing gear door to 30 |5 degrees from the fully closed position.
(c)
Set the wing gear alternate extension switch on the P2-3 landing gear control panel to the "ON" (extend) position.
(d)
Make sure that the left (right) alternate extension rotary actuator begins to rotate and stops in mid-cycle.
(e)
Make sure that the gap between the uplock crank overcenter stops and uplock assembly link measures no greater than 0.125 inches.

(7) Slowly lower the left wing gear door and make sure that the rotary actuator starts to turn again at about 40 degrees and continues to operate throughout the door swing until it is fully open.
NOTE: A manual assist may be required to release the uplock

(3) S 865-028Make sure that the forward wing landing gear door is in the full open position.
NOTE:____ Following a wing gear door alternate extension a manual assist of door to the full open position may be necessary.
(4) S 865-029Unlock the left (right) ground door release handle and place it in the locked down (doors open) position (AMM 32-00-30/201).
(5) S 415-030Do this task: "Body Landing Gear Door Operator Rods Connection" (AMM 32-33-28/401).
(6) S 865-031Remove system No. 1 and 4 hydraulic power if no longer necessary (AMM 29-11-00/201).
(7) S 865-032Remove electric power if no longer necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).
