WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Remove pressure from hydraulic system No. 1, 2 and 4
(AMM 29-11-00/201).

Remove the pressure from the brake accumulator:
(a)
Look at the pressure on the HYD BRAKE PRESS gage on the captain's instrument panel.
(b)
Push the brake pedals fully 10 times.
(c)
Make sure the pressure does not decrease the last time you operate the brake pedals.

Remove the pressure from hydraulic system No. 1, 2, and 4 reservoirs (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Remove the support clamps from the hydraulic fuse.

Loosen the two nuts on the hydraulic fuse.
NOTE: Make sure there is no leakage of the hydraulic fluid.

If there is leakage of the fluid, identify the fluid and clean the area (AMM 12-25-01/301).

Remove the hydraulic fuse.

MAKE SURE YOU FULLY CLEAN ALL HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKAGE. HYDRAULIC FLUID CAN CAUSE CORROSION.
(5) Install the caps on the hydraulic tubes.
