Disconnect hydraulic lines from the accumulator isolation valve.
(b)
Put caps or plugs on the hydraulic lines.
(c)
Remove the bolts and washers that attach the accumulator isolation valve to the mounting bracket.
(d)
Remove the accumulator isolation valve from the airplane.

Remove the unions from the ports in the accumulator isolation valve.

Discard the O-rings.

Put plugs in the ports of the accumulator isolation valve.

Lubricate new O-rings, unions, and plug.

Install the O-rings on the unions and plug.

Install the unions and plug on the accumulator isolation valve. Torque the plug to 170 +/- 8 inch-pounds.

Do these steps to install the accumulator isolation valve:
(a)
Put the accumulator isolation valve in its position on the mounting bracket and install three bolts with washers.
(b)
Connect hydraulic lines to the accumulator isolation valve.

1) Use a hydraulic service cart or the Air Driven Pump (ADP) for hydraulic system 1 to pressurize hydraulic system 1.

do a check for leaks at the accumulator isolation valve.
WARNING:_______ MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL
CONTROL SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER.
AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING
