Install the O-rings on the adapters.

Install the adapters on the selector valve.

Install the selector valve.
(a)
Make sure the selector valve and the mounting bracket are clean.
(b)
Put the selector valve in its position on the bracket.
(c)
Install four bolts and washers.
(d)
Connect hydraulic lines to the selector valve (7 locations).

(5) If you replaced brake source selector valve No. 1, do these steps:
WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO
_______ INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE THE EQUIPMENT.
(a)
Do this task: "Install the door locks on the nose gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).
(b)
Do this task: "Install the door locks on the wing gear". (AMM 32-00-30/201).
(c)
Do this task: "Install the door locks on the body gear". (AMM 32-00-30/201).
(d)
Clean all signs of hydraulic fluid from the Alternate (Brake) Source Selector Valve No. 1 in the area of the ports and the hydraulic line attachment fittings so you can later detect any sign of hydraulic fluid leaks.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL
_______ CONTROL SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(e)
Pressurize hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
(f)
Do this sequence of steps six times to bleed any small quantities of air from the hydraulic system: 1) Slowly push one set of brake pedals to the limit of travel
to fully operate the brakes. 2) Hold these brake pedals in this position momentarily. 3) Slowly release the brake pedals. Stop for ten seconds
before you operate the brakes again.
(g)
With hydraulic system No. 4 pressurized for at least two minutes, do a check for leaks at alternate source selector valve No. 1.
(h)
Remove the power from hydraulic system No. 4
(AMM 29-11-00/201).
(i)
Pressurize hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
