Make sure that all ground locks are installed on the landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

Lubricate the O-rings, backup rings, and fittings with lubricant.

Install the hydraulic fittings in the safety valve. Use new O-rings and backup rings.

Put the differential and safety valve assembly in its position on the keel beam and install the bolts.

Remove the caps from the hydraulic lines.

Connect the hydraulic lines to the fittings.

Put the cables through the pulleys and connect the cables to the differential drums.

Install the cable retainers, bolts and lockwire.

Turn the differential output shaft counterclockwise (when you look from the output crank end of the shaft) to put the differential drums on the stops.

Use the turnbuckles to tighten the cables. Make sure you keep the differential drums on the stops.

Remove the cable clamps.
