Put the safety barriers in position.
(2)
Install the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER (98D27803500001) on the flap/slat control lever.
(3)
Put warning notices in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
(4)
Put the access platform below the applicable wing tip, zone 534(634).

A. Removal of the Navigation Light Glazing Panel R (1) For a pre modification 25268 glazing panel:
(a)
Remove the bolts (2).
(b)
Remove the glazing panel (3).
(c)
If necessary, remove the seal (1) from the aircraft structure/component interface.
(2) For a post modification 25268 glazing panel:
(a) Remove the bolts (4).
(b) Remove the glazing panel (5). R (3) For a post modification 28219, 30791, 30889 or 32153 glazing panel:
(a)
Remove the bolts (7).
(b)
Remove the glazing panel (8).
(c)
If necessary, remove the seal (6) from the aircraft structure/component interface.
