Install the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER on the flap/slat control lever.

Examine the flange radii of the applicable flap track beam under the flap carriage. Make sure that:

there is no corrosion
-
there are no cracks or grooves
-the surface protection is in the correct condition
-
there is no wear
-
there is no damage
-
there are no loose rivets or fasteners.
NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 572600) for the

correct repair procedure.

Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Remove the locking tool TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER.
(3)
Fully extend the flaps (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-008).
(4)
Install the LOCKING TOOL - FLAP/SLAT CONTROL LEVER on the flap/slat control lever.
(5)
Install the applicable flap track fairing access panels (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-400-001):
(a)
For the flap track 2:
-
for the left wing, install 531AB, 531BB, 531CB
-
for the right wing, install 631AB, 631BB, 631CB.
(b)
For the flap track 3:
-
for the left wing, install 532AB, 532BB, 532CB
-
for the right wing, install 632AB, 632BB, 632CB.
(c)
For the flap track 4:
-for the left wing, install 533AB, 533BB, 533CB
-for the right wing, install 633AB, 633BB, 633CB.

for the left wing, install 531CB, 531EB

for the right wing, install 631CB, 631EB.

For the flap track 3:

for the left wing, install 532CB, 532EB
-
for the right wing, install 632CB, 632EB.
(c)
For the flap track 4:
-for the left wing, install 533CB, 533EB
