B. Inspection of the Lower Wing Tank Access Panels for Fluid Ingress
(1) Examine the lower wing tank access panels:
(a)
Look for signs of:
-
fluid leakage at the panel side plug
-
fluid leakage at the panel rivnuts.
(b)
Weigh the panel to make sure that it is not heavier than its nominal weight. The nominal weights of the panels are given in the table that follows:
