DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CABLE RACEWAYS.

DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CABLE INSTALLATIONS.
-MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CABLES ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. INCORRECT INSTALLATION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.

A. Preparation for Inspection
(1) Use a MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), made moist with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-026) to clean the aft spigot of the applicable flap track beam.

B. Inspection
(1)
TORQUE the nut of the aft spigot to 1.1 m.daN (97.34 lbf.in).
(2)
Make sure that the nut of the aft spigot does not turn. NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 572600) or the flap
____ track beam CMM (Ref. CMM 57-51-41) for the correct repair procedure.

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the applicable flap track fairing access panels (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-400-001):
(a)
For the flap track 2,:
-
for the left wing, install 531CB
-
for the right wing, install 631CB.
(b)
For the flap track 3,:
-
for the left wing, install 532CB
-
for the right wing, install 632CB.
(c)
For the flap track 4,:
-
for the left wing, install 533CB
-
for the right wing, install 633CB.

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the applicable flap track fairing access panels (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-400-004):
R (a) For the flap track 2,:

for the left wing, install 531CB
-
for the right wing, install 631CB.
(b)
For the flap track 3,:
-
for the left wing, install 532CB
-
for the right wing, install 632CB.
(c)
For the flap track 4,:
-for the left wing, install 533CB
-for the right wing, install 633CB.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 6CV, 8CV.

C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Remove the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER from the flap/slat control lever.
(3)
Retract the flaps (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).
(4)
On the servocontrol, make sure that the pointer on the hex. head is opposite the letter 'O' on the housing.

D. Removal of Equipment
(1)
Remove the safety barriers.
(2)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(3)
Remove the access platform(s).
(4)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
