Make sure the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER is correctly installed on the flap/slat control lever.
(2)
Make sure that the safety barriers are in position.
(3)
Make sure the warning notices are in position in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
