LUBRICATION AND SCAVENGE OIL PUMP - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General
_______
 A.  This procedure removes and installs the lubrication and scavenge oil
 pump.

 B.  The lubrication and scavenge oil pump is installed on the aft face of the main gearbox at the 6 o'clock position.
 C.  You can get access to the lubrication and scavenge oil pump through the
 thrust reverser halves.

 2.  Remove the Lubrication and Scavenge Oil Pump (Fig. 401)

 (1)  
Container - 10 U.S. gallon (38 liter) capacity, used to collect the oil

Puller - PWA 86630 Jackscrew, Pratt & Whitney (2 are necessary) Optional to PWA 88774 Jackscrew Puller
