Procedure

 (1)  
Remove the protection caps.

 (2)  
Put the oil pressure transmitter to the bracket with the electrical connector receptacle in the direction shown in Section B-B.

 (a)  
Tighten the locknut.

 (b)  
Install the lockwire to the locknut.

Lubricate the O-ring for the elbow of the oil pressure tube with engine oil.

 (4)  
Install the O-ring to the elbow of the oil pressure tube.

 (5)  Connect the oil pressure tube to the oil pressure transmitter.
 (a)  Tighten the tube nut.

Lubricate the O-rings for the vent tube elbow with engine oil.

Install the O-rings to the vent tube elbow.

Connect the vent tube elbow to the oil pressure transmitter and the
 vent tube tee.

 

 (a)  Tighten the coupling nuts for the elbows.

Connect the electrical connector (DT679) to the oil pressure
 transmitter.

 Examine the bonding resistance between the oil pressure transmitter
 and bracket (AMM 20-22-01/601).


 (a) Make sure the bonding resistance is not more than 0.01 ohms.

Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition.

Close the left thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).

Close the left fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-04/201).

Do the activation procedure for the thrust reverser
 (AMM 78-31-00/201).

For the applicable engine, close this circuit breaker and remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
