OIL TANK - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure removes and installs the oil tank.
B. The oil tank is installed on the aft face of the main gearbox at the 8 o'clock position.
C. You can get access to the oil tank through the left thrust reverser half.

Container - 10 U.S. gallon (40 liter) capacity, use to collect the engine oil

Remove the No. 3 turbine vane cooling air duct (AMM 75-24-02/401).
