(1) Do one of the two steps that follow to hold the landing gear doors in the open position:
WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASKS BELOW TO
_______ INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Install the door locks on the doors for the landing gear as follows: 1) Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Nose
Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201). 2) Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).
WARNING: MAKE SURE ALL PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE AWAY FROM THE DOOR
_______ OPERATION AREA. A FAST MOVEMENT OF THE DOORS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(b) Move the ground release handles as follows: 1) Move the ground release handle for the doors for the nose landing gear to the DOORS OPEN position.
2) Move the ground release handles for the doors for the main landing gear to the DOORS OPEN position.

Install the ground locks in the left body landing gear (Fig. 201):
(a)
Remove the attach cable, the warning streamer, the clip and the split ring from the ground lockpin.
(b)
Put the parts in the lockpin box.
(c)
Install the ground lockpin in the body landing gear.
(d)
Install the AN960-1616 washer.
(e)
Install the lockbolt, the washer, and the nut.

Install the ground locks in the right body landing gear (Fig. 201):
(a)
Remove the attach cable, the warning streamer, the clip and the split ring from the ground lockpin.

Put the parts in the lockpin box.
(c)
Install the ground lockpin in the body landing gear.
(d)
Install the AN960-1616 washer.
(e)
Install the lockbolt, the washer, and the nut.

Install the lockbolt in the nose landing gear (Fig. 201):
(a)
Install the lockbolt, the washer, and the nut.

(5) Do the steps that follow that are necessary to close the landing gear doors:
