_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Procedure

(1)
Remove the hydraulic power from System 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

(2)
Lift the airplane with jacks until the wheels are immediately above the ground (AMM 07-11-01/201).
S 034-005
(3)
Remove the hydraulic hoses from the upper side strut:
(a)
Remove the hose clamps (8).
(b)
Disconnect the two hydraulic lines upstream of the hydraulic swivel.
(c)
Remove the hydraulic swivel (2) with the hydraulic hoses from the swivel bracket. 1) Remove the four bolts from the bracket.
(d)
Use a rope to hold the disconnected hydraulic hoses to the lower side strut.

WARNING: COMPRESS THE BUNGEE WITH THE BUNGEE TOOL BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT
_______ THE TOP END FROM THE SIDE STRUT. THE BUNGEE CAN EJECT FROM THE SIDE STRUT IF YOU DISCONNECT THE BUNGEE WITHOUT THE BUNGEE TOOL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(4)
Disconnect the top end of the bungee (3) from the upper side strut (AMM 32-32-16/401).
(a)
Use a rope to hold the bungee to the jury strut after you disconnect it.
