YOU CAN REPAIR THIS PART. PUT CHROME PLATING ON THE PART AND GRIND IT TO THE DESIGN DIMENSIONS.
THIS IS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE BOLT HEAD AND THE BOLT EDGE PLUS A 1/6 TURN TO LOOSEN THE NUT.
REMOVE 0.06 INCH MAXIMUM OF MATERIAL FROM THE SMALL SHOULDER TO REMOVE THE BOLT. THIS WILL KEEP

THE BOLT AT THE SAME DIMENSIONS.
THIS IS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE OUTER FLANGE SURFACES OF THE OUTER BUSHINGS IN THE DRAG BRACE.
THIS IS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE OUTER FLANGE SURFACES OF THE INNER BUSHING IN THE DRAG BRACE.
THIS IS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE OUTER FLANGE SURFACES OF THE BUSHINGS IN THE TRUNNION FORK.
REPLACE THIS PART OR PUT SHIMS UNDER THE FLANGES OF THE BUSHINGS (0.015 INCHES MAXIMUM FOR EACH

BUSHING).
THE MEASURED DIMENSION CAN BE MORE THAN THE PERMITTED LIMIT IF THE MEASURED CLEARANCE IS NOT MORE
THAN THE MAXIMUM CLEARANCE.
