1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task removes the engine bleed overheat switch. The second task installs the engine bleed overheat switch.

Open the OVERHEAT circuit breaker on the P6 Load Control Panel and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag.

Open the access panel to get access to the overheat switch.
C. Remove the Overheat Switch (Fig. 401)

Disconnect the electrical connector from the overheat switch.

Remove the overheat switch from the mounting boss on the pneumatic duct.

Remove the packing ring.
