_______ WHEN YOU OPEN THE PRSOV, USE A RACHET TYPE WRENCH. THE PRSOV CAN OPEN QUICKLY AND THIS CAN CAUSE THE HANDLE OF THE WRENCH TO TURN. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Manually open the pressure regulator and shutoff valve (PRSOV).

Do a check for leakage at the sense line connections on the
precooler control valve.
NOTE: No leakage is permitted at the sense line connections.
