NOTE: STREAM LINE TO THE PRESSURE FROM THE SYSTEM PRSOV CAN CAUSE A (AMM 36-05-00/201). HIGH DUCT PRESSURE REPAIR ALL LEAKS. CONDITION.
EXAMINE THE SENSE LINE TUBING FROM THE DOWNSTREAMSENSE PORT OF THE PRSOV TO THE PRECOOLER (SEE SHEET 3, VIEW B).
IS THERE ANY LEAKAGE?
NO NO
3 REMOVE THE PNEUMATIC
PRESSURE FROM THE SYSTEM
(AMM 36-05-00/2O1).
USE A WRENCH TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE PRSOV.
DOES THE PRSOV MOVE TO THE OPEN AND CLOSE POSITIONSSMOOTHLY?
YES NO
4 CONNECT A SUPPLY PRESSURE
GAUGE (Ps), PRESSURE REGULA-TOR, AND NITROGEN BOTTLE TO
THE SUPPLY PRESSURE INLET LINE
AT THE TEE FROM THE 5TH-STAGE
DUCT (SEE SHEET 4).
REMOVE THE CONTROL PRESSURE LINE AT THE TEE ONTHE PRSOV (SEE SHEET 5).
INSTALL A CONTROL PRESSURE GAUGE (Pc) TO THE PRESSURELINE (SEE SHEET 5).
PUT THE BLEED SWITCH TO
THE ON POSITION (P5 PANEL). INCREASE Ps TO 50-60 PSIG. WAS Pc BELOW 28 PSIG?
