Get access to the duct flange that you will repair.

Use the flange reforming tool and repair the duct flange.

If you cannot repair the duct flange while the duct flange is installed, remove the duct to get access to the damaged flange (AMM 36-19-15/401).
(a) Repair the duct flange with the flange reforming tool. ú (b) Inspect the duct flange for cracks after the repair. ú 1) If the flange has any cracks, replace the flange (OHM ú 36-10-03).
(c) Install the Duct (AMM 36-19-15/401).
