DUCT PRESSURE TRANSMITTER - SERVICING

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains the task to do the servicing for the duct pressure transmitter.
B. There are two pressure transmitters, one for each engine bleed system.
C. There is a drain plug on one pressure sense line of each pressure transmitter (Fig. 301).

B. Prepare to Remove the Moisture

(1) Open the door for the air conditioning equipment bay to get access to the drain plugs.
C. Remove the Moisture

(1) Do the steps that follow for each duct pressure transmitter:
(a)
Remove the drain plug from the pressure sense line of the transmitter (Fig. 301).
(b)
Permit the moisture to drain from the transmitter.
(c)
Install the drain plug on the sense line for the pressure transmitter.
D. Put the Airplane To Its Usual Condition

(1) Close the doors for the air conditioning equipment bay.
