Use the keel beam access hole on the left side of the keel beam to remove the valve.

Turn the valve until the flanges are in the horizontal position.

Move the valve out with the actuator attached.

(2) S 034-030Remove the covers from the ducts and valve.
(3) S 424-011Put the valve through the keel beam access hole on the left side of the keel beam. (a) You can monitor the valve installation from the right side of the keel beam. (b) Put the valve between the ducts until the flow arrow points to the right side. (c) Turn the valve until it is in the approximate position shown in Fig. 401.
(4) S 414-012Tighten the duct clamps to 45 to 50 pound inches.
(5) S 164-013Make sure the bonding surface for the bonding strap is clean.
(6) S 434-014Install the bonding strap.
(7) S 434-015Install the electrical connector for the valve.
(8) S 424-034Install the air conditioning duct section.
(9) S 864-016Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close the circuit breaker for the BLEED AIR ISOLATION VALVE on the P6-4 panel.
