Pressurized bottle system is not recommended for extremely cold weather operation (below zero degrees F). Air exiting the bottle can be much less than the ambient temperature. Frequent use of bottle carts in subzero ambient conditions will reduce starter life. Bottled air starts can be performed down to minus 40 degrees C., but only if no other means are available.

IF YOU DO NOT ISOLATE THESE SYSTEMS, THEY CAN OPERATE AND THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM CAN LOSE PRESSURE. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(4) Connect the pneumatic line to the connector for the ground pneumatic source.
