 (c)  Loosely install the duct couplings (1).

 (5)  Turn the PRSOV to the correct position that you marked in the removal procedure.
 NOTE: Make sure that the mark on the valve matches the mark on

 the adjacent structure for proper orientation.

 CAUTION: MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE PRSOV AND
_______ THE ENGINE CASE (FIG. 405). IF THE CLEARANCE IS NOT CORRECT, THE AFT CONTROL LINE FROM THE PRSOV TEE FITTING AND THE LEFT IGNITION LEAD CAN TOUCH. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
 (6)  Make a check of the clearance between the engine flange and the PRSOV as follows (Fig. 405):
 (a)  
On engines without the vibration isolators for the forward mount/thrust reverser hinges, The minimum clearance is 1.3-1.7 inch (33.0-43.2 mm).

 (b)  
On engines with the vibration isolators for the forward mount/thrust reverser hinges, The minimum clearance is 0.9-1.3 inch (22.9-33.0 mm).

Tighten the duct couplings to 95-110 pound-inches (10.7-12.4 N-m).

Connect the pneumatic overtemperature sense hose to the tee fitting on the right side of the PRSOV as follows (Fig. 402):

 (a)  
Apply the antiseize compound to the tee fittings on the PRSOV.

 (b)  
Connect the pneumatic overtemperature sense hose to the tee fitting on the right side of the PRSOV.

 S 434-044
 (9)  On engines with the electrical connector, D1204 at the strut firewall, do the steps that follow:
 (a)  
Attach the W1508 wire bundle to the front of the precooler (Fig. 401). 1) The clamp (1), bolt (2), washer (3) and nut (4) are

 attached to the wire bundle.

 (b)  
Attach the wire bundle (W1508) to the PRSOV bracket (Fig. 401).


 1)  The clamp (5), bolt (2), washer (3) and nut (4) are attached to the wire bundle.

 (10) On engines with dual electrical connectors, D1208 and D1210 at the PRSOV bracket, do the steps that follow:
 (a)  
On engines with a one-piece PRSOV bracket,
 Install the bracket on the PRSOV.
 1) Install the four washers (7) and nuts (8).


 (b)  
On engines with a two-piece PRSOV bracket, Install the top bracket piece on the bottom bracket piece. 1) Install the three bolts (9 and 10) and washers (11).


 CAUTION: YOU MUST TURN THE CONNECTOR ELBOWS UNTIL THEY POINT DOWN.
_______ IF THE CONNECTOR ELBOWS DO NOT POINT DOWN, CLEARANCE PROBLEMS WITH THE FAN DUCT COWL AND THRUST REVERSER HALF CAN OCCUR AND POSSIBLY CAUSE EGT INDICATION FAULTS.
 (c)  Connect the electrical connectors D1208 and D1210 with the connector elbows pointed down.
 NOTE: The table that follows gives the mating information
____ for the electrical connectors D1208 and D1210.
 1)  Tighten the electrical connector D1208 to 60-65 pound-inches (6.8-7.3 Newton-meters). a) Use the TG70 strap wrench (or equivalent).
