B. Procedure

(1) Put the transmitter in the correct position on the support bracket.
NOTE: The electrical connector will be up.

(2) Install the transmitter into the shock mount.
(a)
Tighten the screw for clamp in the shock mount.
(b)
Install a lockwire on the screw.

(3) Make sure there is no unwanted material in the ambient vent.
NOTE: The ambient vent is identified with a V.

(4) Connect the pressure sense line to the pressure port of the transmitter.
NOTE: The pressure port is identified with a P.

(5) Connect the electrical connector to the transmitter.

C. Put the Airplane To Its Usual Condition

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close the PRESSURE IND circuit breaker on the P6-4 panel.

Adjust the zero reset on the pressure transmitter.
(a) The pressure gage, on the forward overhead panel, must be at zero pressure when there is no pressure in the ducts.

(3) Close the doors for the air conditioning equipment bay.

DUAL DUCT PRESSURE INDICATOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has these tasks:
(1)
Dual duct pressure indicator removal
(2)
Dual duct pressure indicator installation
B. The dual duct pressure indicator is installed on the bleed air control panel, located on the P5-10 pilots' overhead panel in the flight compartment.
C. The dual duct pressure indicator receives input signals from the left and right duct pressure transducers located in the air conditioning bay.
D. For this procedure, the dual duct pressure indicator will be referred to as the pressure indicator.

2. Dual Duct Pressure Indicator Removal (Fig. 401)____________________________________
A. Access
(1) Location Zone
212 Flight Compartment - Right
B. Prepare to Remove the Dual Duct Pressure Indicator
S 014-002
(1) Open this circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) Circuit Breaker Panel, P6-4:
1) 6D01, AIR CONDITIONING PRESS IND
C. Remove the Dual Duct Pressure Indicator

(1)
Disengage the quarter-turn fasteners (5) (6 locations) on the bleed air control module (6).

(2)
Carefully pull the bleed air control panel (6) out of the P5 panel frame.
(3)
Disconnect the electrical connector (1).

(4)
Loosen the clamp screw (4) on the front of the bleed air control panele (6) to loosen the clamp (3) on the back.

(5)
Remove the pressure indicator (2) from the front of the bleed air control panel (6).
