MAKE SURE THE AIRPLANE IS IN THIS CONFIGURATION: ELECTRICAL POWER IS ON (AMM 24-22-00/201) NO PRESSURE IN THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM (AMM 36-00-00/
201) APPLICABLE ENGINE BLEED SWITCH (P5 PANEL) IN THE OFF POSITION
EQUIPMENT: 0-200 PSIG GAS SOURCE (NITROGEN BOTTLE) PRESSURE GAUGES (2 REQUIRED) MS-6 UNION FITTINGS (3 REQUIRED) NEEDLE VALVE CAP
ZERO DUCT PRESSURE.

3 USE A WRENCH TO OPEN AND
CLOSE THE PRSOV.

 DOES THE PRSOV MOVE TO THE OPEN AND CLOSE POSITIONS SMOOTHLY?
YES YES

4 CONNECT A SUPPLY PRESSURE
GAUGE (Ps), PRESSURE REGULA-TOR, AND NITROGEN BOTTLE TO
THE SUPPLY PRESSURE INLET LINE
AT THE TEE FROM THE 5TH-STAGE
DUCT (SEE SHEET 5).
