INCREASE Ps TO 60-70 PSIG.
EXAMINE THESE ITEMS FOR LEAKAGE:. THE SENSE LINE FROM THE
BLEED AIR REGULATOR TO THE
PRSOV

.  THE SENSE LINE FROM THE PRSOV TO THE 450`F THERMOSTAT
. 450`F THERMOSTAT.
IS THERE ANY LEAKAGE?

NO
SEE SHEET 3 (BLOCK 5)


Zero Duct Pressure. The BLEED TRIP OFF Light Did Not Come On.
The Engine Was the Bleed Source.

22 DISCONNECT CONNECTOR D3064
NOTE: TOR THAT SUPPLIES FROM THE BLEED AIR REGULATOR. LOW CONTROL PRES-MEASURE THE VOLTAGE FROM SURE CAN CAUSE THE PIN 5 TO PIN 6 ON CONNECTORDUCT PRESSURE TO BE D3064. ZERO. IS THERE 28V DC?
REMOVE THE CONTROL PRES-SURE LINE AT THE TEE ON THE
PRSOV (SEE SHEET 6).

INSTALL A CONTROL PRESSURE
GAUGE (Pc) AT THE TEE (SEE
SHEET 6).

PUT THE BLEED SWITCH TO
THE ON POSITION (P5 PANEL).
 INCREASE Ps TO 60-70 PSIG.
 IS Pc ABOVE 4 PSIG?

 

EXAMINE THE CIRCUIT THAT SWITCHES THE BLEED SYSTEM ON/OFF AS NECESSARY (WDM 36-10-01).
 REPAIR THE PROBLEMS THAT YOU FIND.

YESDECREASE Ps TO ZERO.
DISCONNECT THE SENSE LINE TO THE 450`F THERMOSTAT AT THE PRSOV.
INSTALL A CAP AT THE PORT ON THE PRSOV THAT GOES TO THE 450`F THERMOSTAT (SEESHEET 7, VIEW E).
SLOWLY INCREASE Ps TO 60-70 PSIG.
IS Pc ABOVE 20 PSIG?

NO
YES
24 DECREASE Ps TO ZERO.
 RECONNECT THE 450`F SENSE LINE.
 DISCONNECT THE CONTROL PRESSURE SENSE LINE TO THEPRSOV AT THE TEE AND INSTALL A CAP ON THE SENSE LINE (SEE SHEET 7, VIEW F).

INCREASE Ps TO 60-70 PSIG.
IS Pc ABOVE 20 PSIG?
NO 23
