说明: NOTE:
1.当副翼、副翼调整片或副翼调整片控制连杆更换或重装后,可能影响飞机的对称性,按照 MM27-11-00的要求,飞机必须进行该项目的试飞;
After replaced or reinstalled aileron, aileron tab or aileron tab control
rods, it may influence flight asymmetry, according to Maintenance
Manual 27-11-00, the flight test must be required;

飞行高度相对地面高度大于5000英尺;
The required altitude is 5000 feet above ground level or higher;
3.
油量:供飞机大约50分钟飞行的燃油量;
The fuel loading can support the aircraft flying about 50 minutes.

一 执行该试飞程序前的飞行状态要求:
Required flight conditions when flight test the item:
A.副翼配平少于3/4单位;
Aileron trim requirement not more than 3/4 unit;
B.方向舵配平少于1/2单位;
Rudder trim requirement not more than 1/2 unit;
C.空速为250节;
Airspeed is 250 Knots;
D.飞行高度相对于地面高度大于5000英尺;
Flight altitude: 5000 feet above ground level or higher;
E.双发N1指示相同;
N1 equal for both engines;
F.两主油箱油量相同;
Wing fuel loads equal;
G.襟翼收上;
Flaps up;
H.所有人在座位上并系好安全带;
All persons seated and fasten seatbelt.
二 测试程序
Flight test procedure
A.作动驾驶盘至中立位,将 P5板上的扰流板电门A和B置于 OFF位; Center the control wheel and position spoiler switches A and B on P5 panel to OFF;
B.将P5板上的FLT CONTROL电门B置ON位,FLT CONTROL电门A置OFF位
(注意:在其转换过程中,飞机可能上下俯仰),谨慎操作升降舵、副翼、感觉操纵力是否改变,并记录:
Position flight control switch B to ON and flight control switch A to OFF in that order (NOTE: Airplane may pitch up or pitch down during the transition), Carefully move elevators, ailerons and rudder, write down the control forces and responses.
a.各感觉操纵力未改变(此表明系统工作正常);
The control forces and responses do not change (This means system is OK)
b.升降舵操纵力改变;
The elevator control force changed.
c.副翼操纵力改变;
The aileron control force changed.

d.方向舵操纵力改变;
The rudder control force changed.
C.将 P5板上的 FLT CONTROL电门 A置 ON位,FLT CONTROL电门 B置 OFF位(注意:在其转换过程中,飞机可能上下俯仰),谨慎操作升降舵、副翼、感觉操纵力是否改变,并记录:

Position flight control switch B to STBY RUD and flight control switch A to OFF in that order (NOTE: Airplane may pitch up or pitch down during the transition).
a.确保飞机未发生大的横滚或大的俯仰;
Make sure no large rolling moment and/or no large pitch change.
