Make sure that the access platform is in position below the access panel 197BB.

Make sure that the access panel 197BB is open.
(4)
Make sure that the AFT Cargo-Compartment Door is open (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(5) Make sure that the sidewall panel 151CW is removed.

4. Procedure

(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Install the seal (5).
(4)
Put the APU-Bleed Check-Valve Assembly (6) in the installation position.
(a) Make sure that the axis of the APU-Bleed Check-Valve Assembly (6) R is installed in a vertical position.
(5)
Install the bolts (7), the washers (1) and the nuts (2).
(6)
TORQUE the nuts (2) to between 0.7 and 0.8 m.daN (61.94 and 70.79 lbf.in).
(7)
Remove the blanking caps from the ducts (4) and (9).
(8)
Install the clamps (3) and (8).
(9)
TORQUE the nuts of the clamps (3) and (8) to between 0.4 and 0.5 m.daN (35.39 and 44.24 lbf.in).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1HV, 2HV, 2HA1, 2HA2, 3HA1, 3HA2

C. Leak Test of the Pneumatic Connections
(1)
Do the ground air pre-conditioning with the APU (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2)
Make sure that there are no leaks between the connections of the APU Bleed Check-Valve (6) and the ducts (4) and (9).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the access panel 197BB.
(3)
In the AFT Cargo-Compartment, install the sidewall panel 151CW.
(4)
Close the AFT Cargo-Compartment Door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).

B. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.

Remove the warning notice(s).
(2)
Remove the access platform(s).
