WARNING : USE SOLVENTS/CLEANING AGENTS, SEALANTS AND OTHER SPECIAL
_______ MATERIALS ONLY WITH A GOOD SUPPLY OF AIR. OBEY THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. PUT ON PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.
(1)
Examine the seal for signs of oxidation or carbon flakes.
(2)
Examine the seal for unwanted material from parts which touch the seal.
NOTE : If necessary, clean the surface of the seal with a clean lint-
____ free cloth moistened with methyl alcohol (Material No. CP 11-006).
(3) Examine the surface and the edges of the seal for dents, pitting, cracks, scratches and distortion.
-If unwanted material cannot be removed from the seals or if damage or distortion is found, replace th seal.
