A. Installation of the Pressure Service Check-Valve
(1) Remove the blanking caps from the union (1) and the connector (4).
R R R R R (2) Make sure that the threads of these parts are clean and in the correct condition: - the union (1) - the pressure service check-valve (2) - the connector (4).
R R R (3) Apply a small quantity of the LUBRICANTS (Material No. 06-008) or the LUBRICANTS (Material No. 06-014) to the threads of the pressure service check-valve (2).
R R (4) Install the pressure service check-valve (2) with the new O-ring (3) in the connector (4).
R (5) TORQUE the pressure service check-valve (2) to between 5.76 and 6.44 m.daN (42.47 and 47.49 lbf.ft).
R R (6) Safety the pressure service check-valve (2) to the connector (4) with the lockwire MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
R (7) Install the union (1) at the pressure service check-valve (2).
R R (8) TORQUE the union (1) to between 4.46 and 5.02 m.daN (32.89 and 37.02 lbf.ft).
R R (9) Safety the union (1) to the pressure service check-valve (2) with the lockwire MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

B. Test
(1) Do the ground air pre-conditioning with the HP Ground Connection (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001), or with the APU (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2) Make sure that there are no leaks at the connections.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

Install the access panel 191BB or 192FB. Subtask 36-11-56-860-052
B. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Remove the access platform(s).

Remove the warning notice(s). Subtask 36-11-56-865-052
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1HV, 2HV, 2HA1, 2HA2, 3HA1, 3HA2.
