-make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR 1(2) pushbutton switch is off,
-put a warning notice to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

R A. Removal of the Bleed-Pressure-Regulator Valve Control-Solenoid
R R CAUTION : USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN_______ YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT THE PNEUMATIC LINES ON UNIONS.
R (1) Disconnect the connector (9) from the solenoid (8).
R (2) Remove and discard the lockwire from the sense lines (1) and (2).
R (3) Disconnect the sense lines (1) and (2) from the unions (12) and (13).
R (4) Remove the bolts (3) and (10) and the nuts (4) and (7).
R (5) Remove the solenoid (8).
R (6) Remove the seal (5) and discard it.
R (7) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
R (8) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3)
On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
-Make sure that the ENG 1(2) BLEED pushbutton switch is released
(the OFF legend is on). R - Make sure that the APU BLEED pushbutton switch is released (the OFF R legend is on).
