10. Examine the High Pressure Bleed Valve to Pressure Regulator Tube Assembly, look for: (Ref. Fig. 606/TASK 36-11-49-991-919)
 A. Wrinkles in bends
B. Dents Damage is permitted if the end fittings can keep the correct torque value.
Damage is permitted if the metal around the hole is not cracked or torn. One undrilled corner must remain.
Maximum depth must be less than 5 percent of the tube diameter.
Maximum depth must be less than 20 percent of the tube outside diameter. Maximum radius of the dent must be less than 2 times the tube wall thickness. Maximum of 4 dents per each one foot (305 mm) of tube.
If the end fittings cannotkeep the correct torque,replace the hose(Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-043) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-043).
Blend out damage. Ifnecessary drill a hole inthe undrilled corner. Thenew hole must be the samediameter and distance fromthe end of the nut as the old hole.
If the damage is more thanthe allowable limits,replace the tube (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
If the dents are less thanthe allowable limits,repair the dents (Ref. ESM71-09-00). If the dentsare more than theallowable limits, replacethe tube (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK36-11-49-400-006).

 C. Flat areas  Maximum length must be less than 3 times the outside diameter of the tube. Contour change must be less than 20 percent of the outside diameter of the tube.  If the flat areas are lessthan the allowable limits,repair them (Ref. ESM 71-09-00). If the flat areasare more than theallowable limits, replacethe tube (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
 D. Nicks, Scratches, Chafing in straight section  Maximum depth must be less than 10 percent of the wall thickness of the tube. There is no limit to the number of nicks, scratches or chafing allowed in the straight section of the tube.  If the damage is less thanthe allowable limits,repair the damage (Ref.ESM 71-09-00). If thedamage is more than theallowable limits, replacethe tube (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK36-11-49-400-006).
 E. Nicks, Scratches, Chafing in bends  Maximum depth must be less than 10 percent of the wall thickness of the tube.  If the damage is less thanthe allowable limits,repair the damage (Ref.ESM 71-09-00). If the damage is more than the allowable limits, replace the tube (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
 F. Splits, Cracks, Kinks  Maximum length must be less than the tube outside diameter.  If the damage is less thanthe tube OD, do the weldrepair (Ref. ESM 71-09-00) (Repair No. 3).

11. Examine the Tee Assembly to Hose Tube Assembly, look for: (Ref. Fig. 606/TASK 36-11-49-991-919)

Maximum of 4 dents per each one foot (305 mm) of tube. Minimum distance of 1.0 inch (25.4 mm) between dents. No limit to dents allowed except in bends, no dents are allowed in bends.

If the damage is the sameas or more than the tubeOD, do the doubler and section repair (Ref. ESM 71-09-00) (Repair No. 4).
If the damage is more thanthe allowable limits,replace the tube (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
If the dents are less thanthe allowable limits,repair the dents (Ref. ESM71-09-00). If the dentsare more than theallowable limits, replacethe tube (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK36-11-49-400-006).
If the flat areas are lessthan the allowable limits,repair them (Ref. ESM 71-09-00). If the flat areas
