 A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1) Make sure that the warning notices are in position:
 -
in the cockpit on the Engine Control Panel 115VU to tell persons not to start the engine(s),

 -
in the cockpit on the AIR COND Overhead Control Panel 30VU to tell persons not to push in the APU BLEED pushbutton switch,


 - on the HP ground connector to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
 (2)
 Make sure that the access platform is in position below the access door 312AR.

 (3)
 Make sure that the access door 312AR is open.

 (4)
 Make sure that the blanking caps are installed on the duct sections


 (1) and (7).

 B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged

 4. Procedure

 A. Installation of the Bellows (7265HM)
 (1)
 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (2)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (3)
 Remove the blanking caps from the duct sections (1) and (7).

 (4)
 Put the bellows (5) with the clamps (4) and (6) in the installation position.

 (5)
 Tighten the screws of the clamps (4) and (6).

 (6)
 Install the clamp (3).

 (7)
 TORQUE the nut of the clamp (3) to between 0.4 and 0.5 m.daN (35.39 and 44.24 lbf.in).

 (8)
 TORQUE the screws of the clamps (4) and (6) to 0.2 m.daN (17.69 lbf.in).

 (9)
 Safety the screws of the clamps (4) and (6) with the lockwire MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-018).

 B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1HV, 2HV, 2HA1, 2HA2, 3HA1, 3HA2

 C. Leak Test of the Pneumatic Connections
 (1)
 Do the ground air pre-conditioning with the APU (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001).

 (2)
 Make sure that there are no leaks between the connections of the bellows (5) and the duct sections (1) and (7).

 (3)
 Install the sleeve (2), if removed.

 


 5. Close-up

 A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
 (1)
 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 (2)
 Close the access door 312AR.

 (3)
 Remove the access platform(s).

 (4)
 Remove the warning notice(s).
