(c)
Remove the nuts (200), the washers (201), the bolts (198) and disconnect the rod (199) from the duct (191).
(d)
Disconnect the duct (191) from the duct (193).
(e)
Remove and discard the seal (192).

(7) Removal of the seals of the trim-air check valves (18HM) and (19HM) (Ref. Fig. 410/TASK 36-12-41-991-014)
(a) Remove the trim-air check valves (18HM) and (19HM) (Ref. TASK 21-63-42-000-001).
(b) Remove and discard the seals (270) and (271).

R B. Installation of the Bleed-Air Ducts and the Seals
(1) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3) Do a check the bleed-air duct flanges for damage and correct condition.
R (4) Lubricate the new seals as necessary:
R R NOTE : It is not necessary to lubricate the seals with part numbers____ from the ABS1040 series.

R (a) Lubricate the new seals with the COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-007).
NOTE : This material is a molybdenum disulfide powder. Before you____ can apply it, you must make a paste. To do this, mix the powder with pure water or white spirit.
(5) Installation of the bleed-air ducts and the seals in the crossbleed section (LH) (Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 36-12-41-991-005)
(a) Install the seal (16) in the duct.
(b) Put the duct (15) in the installation position.
(c) Install the clamp (12) at the duct connections.
(d) Install the bearing boxes (10) at the duct (15).
(e) Install the clamps (13) at the brackets (14).

(f)
Install the rods (29) with the bolts (26), the washers (27) and the nuts (28) at the duct (15).
(g)
Obey the clearances between the ducts (Ref. TASK 36-12-41-400-001).
(h)
Install the bonding straps (17), (20) with the bolt (19), the washer (18) and the nut (21) at the duct (15).
NOTE : Do the subsequent worksteps also at the bleed-air ducts of
____
the RH pack inlet.
(i)
Install the seals (3) in the housing (4).
(j)
Connect the duct (2) and the housing (4) with the duct (5).
(k)
Install the wire rope assemblies (23) with the bolts (22), the washers (25) and the nuts (24) at the duct (2).
(l)
Install the bonding strap (7) with the bolt (6), the washer (8) and the nut (9) at the duct (2).
(m)
Install the clamp (1).
(6) Installation of the bleed-air ducts and the seals in the crossbleed section (MID) (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 36-12-41-991-006)
(a)
Install the seal (41) in the duct (46).
(b)
Install the bearing boxes (47) at the duct (46).
(c)
Install the duct (46) with the clamp (48) at the bracket (49).
(d)
Install the clamps (45) and (50) at the duct connections.
(e)
Install the clamp (43) at the duct (42).
(f)
Install the rods (56) with the bolts (53), the washers (55) and the nuts (54) at the duct (46).
(g)
Obey the clearances between the ducts (Ref. TASK 36-12-41-400-001).

Install the bonding strap (40) with the bolt (44), the washer
